Welcome to TagFast. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TagFast Chrome extension and related services ("Service"). By installing, accessing, or using TagFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Service Description

TagFast is a Chrome extension designed to help marketers and outreach professionals track their interactions across social media platforms including Reddit, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other websites. The Service allows you to:

  • Mark profiles as "seen" to avoid duplicate outreach
  • Add notes and context to profiles for future reference
  • Set status labels (Pending, Rejected, Contacted, Follow-up, etc.)
  • Search and filter previously marked profiles
  • Store data locally in your browser's local storage
  • Optionally sync data to the cloud across devices
  • Share data with team members (optional)

2. Account and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

While TagFast can be used without an account (with local storage only), certain features such as cloud sync and team sharing require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TagFast. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Paid Service

TagFast is primarily a paid service. We offer various subscription plans and a lifetime purchase option. Pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with TagFast, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact us at neuhiman@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

After the 7-day period, all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of this policy.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use TagFast for lawful business and personal purposes, including tracking your outreach efforts and managing professional contacts.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create, store, or manage through TagFast, including profile URLs, notes, labels, and timestamps. By default, your data is stored locally in your browser and is not accessible to us.

6.2 Cloud Sync

If you enable cloud sync, you grant us permission to store and process your data on our secure servers to provide synchronization across your devices. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Team Sharing

If you enable team sharing, you acknowledge that your profile data will be shared with team members you invite. You are responsible for managing team access and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.

6.4 Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

TagFast, including its design, code, features, trademarks, and logos, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about TagFast, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Service without any obligation to you.

8. Third-Party Platforms

TagFast integrates with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and YouTube. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Your use of TagFast on these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and policies.

We are not responsible for any changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms that may affect your use of TagFast. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of TagFast complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to TagFast, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using TagFast at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account (if applicable). If you have a subscription, you should cancel it before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TagFast at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. If you have cloud-synced data, we will retain it for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law. Local data stored in your browser will remain until you manually delete it.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

11.1 "As Is" Service

TagFast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagFast and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TagFast and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TagFast operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where TagFast operates.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TagFast regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
